A civil consultant will be hired if further information on a survey, topography, drainage, soil testing, etc. is required.

Programming
Preliminary meetings to determine requirements for building square footage and room adjacencies.

The Architect’s design services shall include normal structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services.

Schematic Design
Provision of documents based on the mutually agreed upon program, schedule and budget. Documents shall establish the conceptual design of the Project illustrating the scale and relationship of the Project components.

Design Development
Provision of Documents based on the approved Schematic Design Documents and updated budget.

Construction Documents
Provisions of Construction Documents based on the approved Design Development Documents and updated budget.
